I've decided to migrate my *Arr QPGs into container station. In reviewing this subreddit and the Internet, the best advice is to bundle up multiple apps into a single container using Docker Compose. I've had constant issues with Jackett and Prowlarr supports all the trackers I need so I was planning a switch.

With Jackett, you have to add the indexer to it, then configure each of your apps to use Jackett's endpoint for each indexer (there is an /all endpoint, but it's not recommended) If you've got multiple instances of Sonarr and Radarr (and add in Lidarr++) it starts to add up.Prowlarr also replaces much of the functionality of Jackett - so it has the capability to potentially replace both. On the other hand - NZBHydra has been around longer, so is arguably more mature and may have less bugs.
